We are very happy with this monitor, Easy to use, accurate, nice large display. I am an RN and have been taking my wife's blood pressure at home manually but this allows her to check her BP whenever she wants with out me doing it.

I have bought many wrist BP monitors, this one is real easy to use and seems to be accurate. I hope that it would last as my previous ones did not last a lomg time.

I bought it for my father who is 61 yrs. It's very easy to use and understand. Also came with a case to put the monitor on it. A bought with a discount here in Amazon and I only pay $19.99. Considering an excellent purchase.

reading the instructions (IMAGINE THAT!!), PRODUCT WORKS FINE. It goes on like a wristwatch with the screen on inside of wrist, palm up. Simple. READ THE INSTRUCTIONS!!

as is usually the case, the unit works fine if instructions followed for positioning of device on the forearm and positioning of the patient.
used appropriately, it can assist in monitoring blood pressure meds or in stress management relaxation techniques.

I really like this product and think that it is a great quality item for the price. The only thing that I didn't like was how the memory light didn't stay on the number you were currently on. Plus the memory went backwards instead of forwards. I also have not found out how to delete the recordings in memory because the instruction booklet did not have that information. Otherwise it is a wonderful purchase.

This is the only blood pressure monitor that I own so I don't have the background to compare it to the other monitors on the market. I chose the ADC Advantage monitor because it had good reviews, a small size, and was a good price.

I am not disappointed. The device was easy to use and the instruction manual was clear. Like any device, its worth reading the instructions. I first put it on like a watch and that is NOT how it is worn!

I rated the device 4 stars only in that the memory which stores a history of readings is volatile memory so that when the batteries are taken out such as when you change them, the history of readings is lost.

11.) A Good Monitor

I believe this is the easiest, straight-forward device. When I took it in with me to my doctor, it measured accurately in comparison to the manual cuff. Just rest your elbow on a steady surface, like a table, put the cuff on securely at least 1/4 of an inch away from the base of your hand. The monitor should be up against where your heart is located, almost as if you were doing "The Pledge of Allegiance". Press Start and stay still until you hear the beep signaling the end.

If you are not near a table, you will still get an accurate reading if you cradle your arm against your heart. The key is to make sure the monitor is at the same level of your heart and you keep your arm still.

It automatically saves the last 30 readings, but you can press the M button to record up to 99 readings. If you need to erase the readings, hold the M button for a few seconds and it will clear the entire history (that's something not mentioned in the book I figured out).

Since blood pressure measures differently throughout the day and depending on what you are doing and your position, it is also good to keep a paper journal on what is going on when you take the measurements.

I am a professional and I like this product because it saves a lot of time and is fairly accurate if used per instructions. I have to take vital signs on at least eight people each day and with the aid of this device I can do this in a timely manner. For best accuracy, the monitor must be held at heart level.

The device is easy to use, but you need to lie down and relax, follow the directions exactly; otherwise, you're going to scare yourself into a stroke, because the reading will be crazy.

I got this from Amazon for 29.99 shipped, so I cannot complain. It does not look like the picture however. My model number IS the ADC 6015. Not sure if it is an old version of it or what... The biggest difference is it only has a memory of 30 blood pressure readings. Otherwise it seems to work fine. For $29.99 I was expecting a basic machine..and that is what I got, so I cannot complain. I think this listing should be updated to reflect the actual one being recieved. though.

This Monitor has worked fine for me It keeps a historyof all taken. Be sure that you are quiet when taking Blood Pressure. It is more accurate if you stay very still for 1 or 2 minutes. It is giving me a good record to go with to my doctor. Would buy again. The price was very right

The Blood Pressure Monitor is absolutely inaccurate. I compared it with Blood Pressure results in doctor's office and tested it on several people. The test results are horrible. It specially bad because people can take these blood pressure results seriously and start to feel really sick.

Horribly inconsistent and inaccurate. Fluctuates 40+ points almost every reading for both me and my spouse. Gave up and got different monitor with a arm band, it works wonderfully. This is too important of a reading to save a few dollars on! There are $50 monitors that work wonderfully, get one of those instead.

This product always reads high etc 198/99 I then use a stethoscope and cuff it reads 110/75. I wouldn't recomend this to anyone I guess you get what you pay for.

Was recently diagnosed prehypertensive so got this item to keep track of BP at home. I am a nurse in a doctor's office and get my pressure taken there, but I have to find time for someone else to take it. Wanted a home one so I could also see if there is a difference when not stressed at work. It is very finicky about positioning. The most frequent reading is "Error". The readings that I have been getting are generally 20 points off. My daughter who is not hypertensive took hers and it was off by the same amount. It is inexpensive and shipping was free, but still not worth the money.

This wrist monitor consistently gave out very high pressure to everyone in my family. After we visited our own doctors, we knew that it was this monitor that produced falsely high reading.
