The blood presure monitor with large cuff is everything I expected. My doctor said I needed an extra large cuff, but after reading the reviews for the extra large cuff on Amazon I realized I didn't. I measured my arm and am actually between a medium and large. If I lose a little weight the large will be too large. It is accurate with the dr's office and the fire station where my dr sent me since I have to have it taken in the right arm instead of the left due to lymphedema. Hope this helps!

This unit had high reviews at a number of sources and we've not been disappointed. Amazon price was 50% less than we found for same unit at medical supply stores - and those didn't include an AC adapter. Readings were confirmed accurate by doctor.

It is only by God's guidance and direction that LifeSource UA-767PLAC Blood Pressure Monitor was my choice. It has been working wonderfully and is a great help to me. I have used several BP Monitors in the past, but thank the Lord that He directed me to this one, because it is the best so far. I would recommend it to anyone.

I used this automatic BP machine and I compared it with a manual BP, and it was more or less the same measurement (maybe a couple of points off but no big difference). It was also manageable to self apply the cuff. And the best perk was that the machine seems to be able to detect when to stop inflation of the cuff without overinflation and still maintain an accurate reading (which is a personalized feature I didn't know it came with). The only thing I didn't like about it was that the reading doesn't stay on the screen for as long as I would like (though you can access it by pushing "memory"). I'm assuming that's to conserve battery life? But overall, I really like it. I've had it for over a week now and it's been consistent readings. Hopefully it'll stay that way!

I have never purchased a monitor for blood pressure before and I read many reviews online about different manufacturers before I purchased this one. It performs so far as promised and seems to be of quality manufacture. My only complaint is that when it reaches it's full inflation it really is a bit painful in the cuff until it starts to release pressure and take the reading. But it is not so bad that I don't use it or want to return it.

I have not compared it at the same time to a doctor's or nurses monitor in a clinic for example but it seems to be around the same readings as when I last went for a check-up.

The Life Source UA-767 PLAC does the job. Plug it in and let it do its thing. The cuff is a little bit of a hassle because of the material, but other than that, it is just what I wanted. The price was right from Amazon and the "free shipping" was timely.

I got blood pressure meter about ione year ago. It very durable device, work perfect, I measure blood pressure 3 time per day and ony onre time change battery. Has power supply never use do not ned it. If you looking to blood pressure monitor I recomended this one.

We used a well made dependable digital manual pump, this company's, for 14 years. It finally wore out. We tried several other brands from local drugstores but none were satisfactory. We found and ordered this unit from Amazon and its quality and performance are both excellent. We are very pleased with it. The product description given by Amazon for the medium sized cuff is wrong.
It states "The UA-767PV includes a medium arm cuff size which has a range of 7.5" to 12.2"

If you look up the description for LifeSource UA-280 Blood Pressure Monitor Cuff, that product description actually says Medium (9.4" - 14.2"). 9.4" - 14.2" is the correct size of the cuff that comes when you order the UA-767 monitor with medium cuff.

My old blood pressure tester was battery operated, and shortly after I sprang for a plug-in power supply it died. The reason I purchased this one was it had decent reviews and came with a power cube. I like this product. It seems to be accurate, although I don't have a way to confirm that. The only negative I've found so far is the hose is too short. You have to place the unit pretty close to where you are sitting. Another few inches would be helpful and cost pennies.

I purchased this to replace an older model that had become unreliable. This model works, but not quite as easy to use. The cuff is more difficult to place properly. Otherwise, is very good and seems to be reading accuretly.

I purchased this monitor because it was touted as having 'the best features' of any on the market. And the features are great.
Amazon's shipping service is excellent as always. UNFORTUNATELY,
IT IS INACCURATE. This monitor was consistently 20 points different from my standard blood pressure cuff and an Omron. I expected some difference, but not that much, and so returned it.
