These products work well, much better than the ones you will find in most class/clinical settings, and they are super cute. The pack that comes with them is very useful, and no one can walk off with your equipment since the colors are unique and noticable. I would recomend this to medical/nursing students, CNAs, and home healthcare workers.

For the value. this cannot be beat. The set includes everything I needed for class...tape measure, pen light, cuff, and stethoscope. The fanny pack is something I don't ever plan on wearing, but is great to carry all the items with me to school...and I can fit some pocket references inside as well. Although not the best quality (and the fact I would prefer a single tube Littman type stethoscope) for the purposes I need them for at school, this set is more than sufficient!

This is a very good starter pack for anyone entering the health care field. But be aware that instructions are not included, but not a problem if you are taking classes. The bookstore was selling an equivalent package for over $50. I found this kit very easy to use and I have not found a significant reason to spend at least $50 for the litman stethiscopes.

The only other complaint is that the bladder in the BP cuff is a little hard to remove, therefore it can be a little timeconsuming to repeatedly remove the bladder to clean the cover.

I got this kit for $33. You can't beat that deal anywhere. Mine came with the bag, stethoscope, sphygmomanometer (including bulb and gauge), penlight, tape measure, bandage scissors, and extra plastic and rubber pieces for the stethoscope. The stethoscope is very sensitive. I could almost hear all 4 heart sounds on myself when I got it out and started playing with it. The 2 cords do tend to make some noise when you are moving the diaphragm around, but it sounds great as soon as you hold it still. The BP cuff appears to be of good quality though I haven't yet tried it. Overall extremely happy with my purchase.

This fanny pack combo is awesome. So easy to carry everything I need. The penlight is very nice. The stethoscope also comes with a pair of soft ear buds which is nice. I am very happy with the purchase of an Omron at this moment.

i am not crazy about the color but no one can walk off with it. This cuff was better than the ones they had us using at clinical. relaible, easy, the screw works great and I wont use anything but my own. Get a better stethescope . you are worth it.

This was a gift for my friend who is in nursing school. She loved that it was purple and had so many other items she needed, and would have had to buy separately. I loved the price ! For the money it far surpassed any other kit with comparable items. I would definitely recommend this to a nursing or medical student !

We wanted to get good Sphymomanometer for my parents. We checked out medical supply stores and found them to be very pricey. When we saw this on Amazon, we bought it with some reservation. When it came, we checked it out and was amazed at the quality of the product and all the other things you get, for a great price. Really worth getting.

Works just as well as the super expensive brands! Can hear all the subtle heart sounds with no problem. Yes it is a little heavier than other models but that really isn't a problem. Comes with 3 different sets of ear buds which is great for me because I have very sensitive ear canals. Great Product!!

A very good set for the money (1 replacement included), got this for my wife (she's the Doc). Although the pictured light pen is plastic, the one received was stainless steel.

It works good. It seems very acurate and you can hear clearly. And also has a very good price.
The only thing that I personally don't like, it's the double tube in the stethoscope. But that doesn't affect the sound, just make it a little bit harder to hadle.
Good price and good results. I recommend it.

I got this because i needed the blood pressure cuff and it seemed the best choice and well it was...i was really satisfied with the product in whole...it came with everything i needed and more to get me through my class and clinicals

i would recommend getting this but if you're actually going into the RN program buy a better stethoscope this one is just your basic ordinary stethoscope

This is an absolutely great value and a surprisingly solid purchase. I bought this pack almost two years ago as a backup, since it's so nicely organized and accessible. The sphygmomanometer works great (although I wish the tubing for the bulb was shorter). The acoustics on the Omron Sprague Rappaport stethoscope are also surprisingly good (please don't start comparing it to a Littmann, that's just ridiculous), for the price. However, the ear pieces are just plain terrible. They hurt my ears to the point that I can't even take auscultate for 10 seconds without having to switch back to my trusty Classic II. I recently changed the tips to a pair of soft spare ones that came with a Prestige brand scope. Now it seems to be a lot more comfortable and actually usable. The penlight is also pretty decent. All in all, a good purchase. Wish it came with a reflex hammer though, but hey.. it's great for what it's worth.

The sphymomanometer works great. The acoustics of the stethoscope are also great. My only complaints are with the bulkiness of the dual tubes, and that the ear pieces are hard as rocks. If it had softer tips I'd bump the rating higher. For the price, I'd still recommend it.

I was so excited to receive this product. My first impression of the stethoscope was that it was a bit heavy. It doesn't bother me though. The acoustics are excellent. I tried my mothers, my grandmothers, and even my dog's lung/heart sounds and they were as clear as day. However, after a few minutes I realized that the tubing was a MESS! They rub against each other and you can barely appreciate the clarity of the acoustics because of the rubbing. Also, the left tube slid off the head as if nothing. I was disappointed because if this happened while being home and only trying it one two people, imagine taking this thing to clinicals. How embarrassing for it to do something like that with a patient.

Next, I tried the cuff. It looks alright, though I had trouble with the bladder and gauge. It was SO hard to use that little gauge. It just doesn't seem very great. But it still does its job.

The penlight is reallllly nice. I really loved it.

It also comes with measuring tape and bandage scissors, which is really nice and important for clinicals.

The fanny pack is pretty cute and handy. Anyways, its a nice product but the stethoscope is rinky dink. I think I am going to return the product just because of that. Otherwise, its all awesome. Even the earbuds weren't a problem to me. Maybe its because I had big ears(?).

Frankly speaking I am not sure how to rate it. And here is why: There is not a shred of instruction as to how to use it. If it is being sold as a
use-it-yourself, like the digital ones then that is a serious mistake. Even if I knew how to use it, I could not put the cuff on by myself. I needed my wife to help me put it properly.

Now the reason I bought this is that I am simply tired of my digital ones going out of callibration and giving me very inaccurate results. I started getting lower pressure at the doctors office than at home. Next time I took it to the doctors office and it read higher about 30points (sys). I am on the fourth or fifth digital one. So I wanted a manual one with direct measurement.

But without instructions an without a self-help cuff, its use is limited to healthcare professionals.

By the way it comes with a little flash light. Presumably for checking your iris. Well they don't give you a mirror ! ! !. Kinda difficult to see your own eyes.

Oh it also comes with a pair of blunt sissors. I don't know about others but I am not very good at do-it-yourself surgery.
